Nottingham Council House Clock Tower

For many years the Council House dome has been illuminated (often in alternating colours), making it a welcoming point for Nottingham’s nightlife. The hour bell has been nicknamed ‘Little John’ since the building opened. The bell was cast in 1928, by the world-famous bellfounders John Taylor & Co.
